My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were equipped with almost all the amenities one might need, although it was a bit inconvenient that there were no curtains in the bathing space, causing the entire washroom to get wet after a shower. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable stay even though we had opted for a package that didn't meet our expectations at the dinner table. The location was convenient, being in the heart of the city, despite the lack of partition or shower curtains in some areas. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some items missing and in need of improvement, but the complimentary service and the presence of experienced therapists were notable.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, although spacious and with a convenient work desk, were not as clean as I expected and lacked fresh air due to small windows that couldn't be opened. Special thanks to Snadeep and Madhusudhan for their assistance. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some staff members being very helpful while others ended up overcharging me without proper explanation. The location was good, just 5 minutes from the Beach, but needing some improvements to fully accommodate guests. The dining experience was enjoyable, albeit a bit repetitive at times. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel's rooms, although not meeting Sheraton standards in size and slightly musty, served delicious food on order at midnight. The service, while very nice, lagged at times. However, the proactive staff responded promptly and took good care, maintaining a nice pool area with separate pools for adults and kids. The location, though not beachfront at 1.4 km away, is in the heart of the city, offering easy access to shopping malls and movies. The dining options, with good variety and tasty food, were a lavish treat for the taste buds.
The deluxe room at the hotel was clean and very well maintained, although slightly overpriced. The service provided by the team, especially the front desk and housekeeping, was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to solve any issues smoothly. The location in the city center was peaceful and lived up to a 5-star rating, with friendly restaurant staff always ready to assist. Dining options were diverse, making breakfast and dinner by the poolside a mesmerizing experience.
